My Background

Who I Am and What I Do

I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007. I have had experience in both clinical and spa like settings. In 2011 I opened Valley Wellness Centre in Abbotsford, my home town. In 2018 I moved to the lovely town of Maple Ridge and now call it home. In 2022 I closed Valley Wellness Centre to start building a practice in Maple Ridge.

My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them. I like to incorporate spa like aspects of a traditional clinical massage for an overall balanced treatment. Please contact me to find out more.
